I was a product manager at a promising start-up when I was eventually laid off during the "tech winter" at the end of 2023. A very insightful conversation with my father — an executive coach — helped me realize that local start-ups often maximize resources on money flow and rarely invest in their people.

Ever since, I've been determined to create impact by helping local companies become more sustainable through empowering the people behind them.
